Privacy (the house is in a gated community), the outside is very nice, the pool, also it’s location, because if you have smaller children, you can easily drink coffee outside and monitor them in the pool, the glassed dinning room - we ate every meal there, because it’s so beatifull and has an AC unit, AC is in every room, house has many bathrooms, very well equipped kitchen, outside gas grill… The challet is wonderfull if you want privacy. The property has a french-vintage kind of feel and character.

Villa is in gated community with at least 3 private parking lots, and the whole property looks much better than in photos. Owners Ian and Nikolina, together with the host Elisabeth are helpful and more than professional. Villa has all the kitchenware, nice baths and showers, good mattresses- everything you could need on a vacation - they have it. For two families or a group of friends this is no brainier, value for money ratio is unbeatable. This was the whole package Cotte d Azur living experience, will recommend to my friends
