Excellent location. The room is small but has its own bathroom, which is convenient. However, if you’re staying on the lower floor and there are guests upstairs, it can be quite noisy — so you might not get the best night’s sleep. I also requested to shorten my stay. They initially agreed and asked me to send the request, but once I did, they declined it, which I found a bit odd and unprofessional.

We stayed at the Lamphouse by Basecamp for 4 nights. The location was great just down from the main street. The room was really light and airy - it did get warm after the recent weather but the air con was excellent. We had no issues with check in, which was really easy. The bath and shower were good. We appreciated having a kettle in our room. No issues with being able to park close to our room. Would highly recommend staying here and the cost was cheaper than staying in Banff and it was easy to get to places.

Easy to find and park. Easy online check in and access via key code at the time stated. Comfy bed and good sized, well planned room. Good location.
