Everything was 10/10. The appartment was spacious, clean, comfy, modern and well equiped. The owner has a really good taste in furbishing. Check-in was quick, the owner lives in a nearby appartment. Parking right in front of the entrance. Bed and cushions very comfortable. Wifi free and good. And the bonus? The owner has her bakery around the corner and we were given a delicious welcome tart with fresh strawberries and warm out of the oven pastels de nata every morning from her. Such a dream!!

We stayed at Sweet Home for 9 days during our vacation in Madeira! What can I say — it was the perfect place for our stay! The house is clean, comfortable, and the private parking is really convenient. You also have a supermarket nearby and some excellent restaurants for dinner! The location is also great for watching the beautiful sunrises at São Lourenço. But it’s not just the house that made the experience so special — it’s the people who welcomed us! They made sure we had everything we needed and were always incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything. We were welcomed with a cake in the fridge (and it was delicious!), and every morning they woke me up with amazing pastel de nata! Unfortunately, the bad weather didn’t allow us to go on the whale-watching tour, but we will definitely come back and we’ll know exactly who to rely on! In a world that increasingly relies on big commercial chains, trusting local people truly makes a vacation more unique — and Madeira now has, also thanks to this incredible family, a special place in my heart. Thank you so much again. See you soon — it’s a promise! 😊

Very close to PR 8 trail, can go by foot ( 5 km). Close to beautiful beach Prainha do Caniçal. Quiet little city.

Open plan living very well decorated and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the room very well decorated. Shower, again well designed, easy to use facilities and comfortable. Very clean and tidy ☺️ I had cake for breakfast that was made by his wife, and was amazing. 🤩 I am travelling solo and done lots of miles walking and arriving to this place was almost like arriving home, yes is that comfortable and pleasant. Muito obrigado por tudo 🥰 Muitas felicidades e sucesso 🥰 A torta estava divinal 😍
