The owner is a very nice person, he made our special wishes come true and was very easy to contact. The location is perfect, 3 minutes walk to closest store, very easily connected to rest of the island (highway VR1 starts 30 seconds drive from the house and then it’s very easy to go to rest of the island). Plenty of parking nearby and in a good neighbourhood.

Everything was great. We were in the apartments so a 2 minute walk from breakfast and facilities at other hotel. Breakfast really excellent - wide range of choices with quality food. Chef cooking omelettes to order - super staff. Really excellent

A fantastic apartment – clean, fresh-smelling, and warm (we stayed in January). The host welcomed us with a delicious homemade cake. Free parking is available right in front of the building. We will definitely return when we are back in Madeira.
