The staff are so friendly and super helpful! We opted for half board and enjoyed the evening meal as well as the breakfast (there are restaurants nearby). The hotel is a little dated.. but that’s a big project! My small (and very manageable) recommendation would be to upscale the wine choice. FYI.. just a few mins walk from the hotel is a complex with a 25m swimming pool, water slides, ice rink and rock climbing.

The hotel was spotlessly clean, the facilities including underground parking were excellent. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, helpful and kind. Our daughter became ill and the staff were so kind and helped us a lot. I 100% recommend this hotel. Thank you

Swimming pool. Breakfast very good. Dinner is also a good option, with a fantastic buffet for the dessert !

Very friendly staff made us feel welcome. The hotel was very clean and tidy and the cleaning staff were always so quick to refresh our room whilst we were at breakfast. The communal spaces are comfortable with lots of sofas for relaxing. The pool was beautiful and refreshing but unheated. Breakfast was very good with lots of options both hot and cold. The hotel was is the middle of Canillo and gave us easy access to activities and restraunts. The hotel had parking but there was also a car park very near by for 12 euros a day.
