Great and very clear instructions are sent to you, you collect the keys yourself from a key box so you don't feel any pressure to arrive on time.

Everything was good about this apartment, and very friendly host with very clear instructions. Truly helpful. Also a good complete instructions manual in the apartment. Only 1 minor detail and suggestion for improvement which I will include in the Needs Improvement section. Overall, a very satisfactory stay. Thanks.
