The apartment is on the top floor (4th floor) of a residential building, and there is an elevator. The photos on Booking are completely accurate. We met Bruno in front of the building, and he showed us everything in detail. The apartment has two internal levels, is tastefully furnished, and spacious. It has three bedrooms—one of which is in the attic—and two bathrooms. The terrace is also spacious, with a view of the ocean. It is fully equipped with everything you might need, e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, coffee machine, hair dryer, towels etc. It is very clean and bright. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. Parking is available on the street in front of the building (there’s always space during the day, it gets full in the evening) or in a dedicated spot in the underground garage. This accommodation is an excellent starting point for exploring the entire island. We spent a week here and visited different parts of the island depending on the weather. Several supermarkets can be found in the town, about a 5-minute drive away.

Thank you Bruno for being attentive and taking care of our needs. We appreciated your accessibility and willingness to attend to our request. We enjoyed our time in the apartment. The parking space was challenging to maneuver into and out of but at least a safe place to leave our car. The apartment had a patio with a lovely view but unfortunately the weather didn't allow us to use it very often. Next time I think we will need to come a little later in the season. Over all a lovely stay in Madeira!

A brilliant apartment with a lovely balcony equipped with table and chairs overlooking a gorgeous sea view. The apartment was superbly equipped, very airy and spacious and most pleasant overall.
