We spent our first night in Madeira at Inn&Art Madeira and it was a wonderful experience from the very beginning. We were welcomed by their extremely kind staff, and a special appreciation goes to Maria, who offered us such an amazing and heartfelt reception. She truly made us feel at home. The location is extraordinary, right by the ocean, with stunning views that made our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed a delicious dinner on-site and were lucky to witness a beautiful sunrise over the ocean the next morning. The food was great, and the breakfast was also very enjoyable. Overall, a lovely place with warm people and an atmosphere that stays with you. We really appreciated our stay and would happily return!

Location right by the cliff, good highway access. "Titanic" dinner table. Staff is really friendly throughout. Breakfast with fresh eggs. Coffee is better from your room. And if the croissants aren't crunchy enough - use the excellent oven. Large rooms. Access to pool and ocean ladder in neighboring hotel.

The hotel was comfortably, tastefully and cleverly furnished. Each room had its own entrance and outside sitting area. Great restaurant in the evening and plentiful breakfast. Relatively close to the airport but unaffected by plane noise.
