It has a good location - not far from Funchal, easy to access main highway, there are few shops and restaurants nearby Underground parking space where you can park 2 not large cars was included. After the booking I'd got the proposal about booking a car. It was much cheaper then other options. We asked for 2 seats for kids and 2 drivers and it didn't impact total cost (we paid amount of days*price per day). The car was new (less then 4000km). It was welcome wine, biscuits and magnet (no need to search where to buy it :) ). Kitchen had all equipment that we needed for cooking. There was even tablets for dish-wash machine We searched for a flat with a heater, because was not sure that it will be warm at night, but we didn't use it.

This is a perfect place to stay on holiday. There is underground parking with its own space. Balcony with ocean view, swimming pool (we didn't swim, but it looked clean). Everything you need was there. There's a store, a good restaurant up the street, everything within walking distance. I would like to go back there next time.
