The apartment was clean and had all the amenities. It was spacious and homely. It was in a lovely area with shops very close by.

In essence, we liked everything. The apartment is quite big and complete, with many amenities you may expect to feel at home. The furniture was convenient and comfortable. The location of the apartment was quite convenient as it was close to the airport and to Funchal (among other places of interest). The in-building parking place was fantastic as that allowed us to safely arrive every time and have the car at hand whenever needed. Big and practical kitchen. Nice and spacious bedroom with comfortable beds and pillows. Two complete bathrooms in case more people share the place. A great living room with plenty of light and space. Last but not least, the host was very helpful since our arrival flight was very delayed. The host understood the situation and arranged accordingly to hand over the key to us.

Lovely place! We enjoyed watching movies on the big TV in the evenings. It has lots of natural light, some nice views and it even has 2 bathrooms! And it was clean. Yes, the building is a bit old, which comes with some smells and noises from neighbors, but it didn’t bother us too much. It’s not a luxury but for such a good price it is worth it.
