We arrived to a very warm welcome. An excellent B&B. in a beautiful setting overlooking Canicattì. Good location as a base for exploring the local area. Excellent breakfast. Thank you Elisa for everything.

Well located in the ‘middle’ of the island. Our objective was to see the Valley of the Temples and also to go to Syracuse. This made a great base. Definitely need a car though. Canicatti is just a little working town but very genuine and had a good supermarket for essentials. We tended to lunch out during our long days out and then have a meal back home later which was easily achieved with Francisco’s lovely little kitchenette. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.

Francesco our host is excellent! He is very personable and full of great advice, from restaurants to lesser know villages to explore. The property is a perfect home base for touring the Agrigento region (Valley of the Temples, Villa Romana, Scala di Turchi, etc) Breakfast each morning was a Sicilian pastry delight! We stayed for 4 nights and every morning there were amazing new pastries to try. Some were local delicacies or homemade coffee cakes. Fresh squeezed orange juice along with any style coffee; expresso, cafe latte, etc. If you are looking for a spotless and very comfortable B&B this one is it!
