When we arrived at the hotel, the room we were given did not match the one we had booked, the girls at the reception changed our room. The pool in the room was not working and when we informed the reception, no one came to see it as they had told us.

Hotel room was superb, we got the king suite with the pool, we have not used it though. The pool at the roof was also ok if u look for a lazy day.

The Komu is an absolute must if you are staying in Canggu! We had the most incredible experience with a long stay of 2 weeks. Right from the moment we arrived, the whole time was seamless. We were welcomed by Sara who took us to our room with a refreshing cold tea and explained everything clearly. Our room was amazing! We stayed in the premier king with a pool which was spacious, spotless and a perfect home for my husband and I. We loved the convenience of Netflix on the TV and the extra towels for the pool. During our stay, the staff were so welcoming and friendly. We felt incredibly safe with all of their security as-well. We were pleased to have some discounts to nearby areas with The Komu such as Atlas and the hair/beauty salon Flow next door. We loved the use of their own app to communicate and order laundry services, room service etc. There are plenty of restaurants and minimarts around but a MUST is Aged and Butchered near D Block! The best steak by far! We are very grateful for their effortless support of arranging a scooter plus being able to park under the hotel in a secure location. They were so caring when calling a Dr for my husband when he was unwell, plus checking in later to see if he was better. They kindly arranged airport transfers, checkout was smooth and effortless with Sara once again. Honestly we were so sad to leave as we felt right at home and loved our little paradise. Can highly recommend to everyone to stay!!
