The overall stay was amazing. Facilities were great and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. All our needs were anticipated even before we asked. The chef in the restaurant came to meet us and made sure that the food was to our liking. We were traveling with kids so we were a bit worried that we won't be able to get a food that's suitable for them but the chef made sure that the food was not too spicy. The head baker also met us and took our kids for a tour around the bakery, which was lovely. The hotel also helped to organise transport to any tourist locations and helped to plan out our day, which allowed is to see all the beautiful places in Goa.

The property was beautiful but was very inside and had no view BUTT the service, the staff was out of the world. Everyone was so helpful and nice. If I stay again it would be definitely for the staff and service.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our experience was absolutely flawless. The check-in was smooth and welcoming, setting the tone for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. We had booked one of their suites, and it was nothing short of stunning – elegantly designed, impeccably clean, and complete with thoughtful amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. What truly elevates The Astor is the warmth and professionalism of the staff. A heartfelt shoutout to Buddhadev, Dominic, and Amisha, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their attentiveness, genuine hospitality, and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel truly valued and cared for. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention – a delightful spread with something to please every palate, showcasing both local Goan flavors and international options. We also indulged in in-room dining, and every dish was perfectly prepared and promptly delivered – a true testament to the culinary excellence at the property.
