Our stay at Novotel Candolim was a bit mixed. Rooms and lobby are clean and pretty designed. Staff was mostly friendly, but housekeeping and front desk seemed a bit stressed at times and things weren't fully smooth. We chose it mainly for the pool and kids entertainment, but the kids pool really needs a renovation. Overall no major issues, but quite expensive and not really 5 star standard.
