Friendly, helpful staff. Front desk staff assisted me with hotel computer and printer and made copies of documents for me. Room clean and cleaners are friendly and do excellent work. Location is ideal; virtually downtown Cancun.

The room was large and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful (on our last day we had a major issue trying to get an Uber to pick us up but the staff helped us source a taxi and calm us down!). The breakfast is ok, plenty of choice but not replenished enough.

Room very clean and spacious. Refreshed every day. Breakfast was nice and good options. Staff helpful at the desk. Quite cheap for a decent standard.
