Overall, the experience was enjoyable. The food was a good quality. The staff were nice especially, in the buffet. The room through booking.com was off the street. I often find the hotels give the lowest quality of rooms when booking on a 3rd party website but the criteria eg. King size and sofa bed was exactly what we booked. Bathroom was a great size, some sewer odor. Overall it was a very approachable and nice hotel. The pool compared to other hotels was disappointing but ideal for floating. No valet was offered due to low season but honestly the parking was nearby. The experience was nice but not wow.

The hotel was very good, including buffet dining area, VIP lounge. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were very helpful.

We had to move from the hotel we originally booked as it was awful! I took an Uber to see this hotel and instantly it had the holiday feel about the hotel unlike previous hotel.
