Definitely the location, it was near the beach, a store, and the restaurant and party zone

The location was great for access to the hotel zone and there were plenty of bars, shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment was quiet and the air conditioning worked well.

Location is perfect. In my opinion it's best in Cancun, it's in hearth of hotel zone, close to best beaches and only 15 minutes to downtown (by bus which is as for 2022 12 peso). Apartment is big and bright. Kitchen is well equipped.
