very welcoming hosts who did their best to help us feel comfortable! fairly good location, although not much more around apart from the local beach and the local port to travel to isla mujeres by ferry. breakfast was great!

Octavio and his mom were awesome hosts. We felt at home and he helped us in all the ways he could. The house is quiet, in a gated community, with Mexican Marines nearby (very safe). ATMs and shops are nearby. The location is far from the hotspots in Cancun, but that was what we wanted. Ferry to isla mujeres is very close to the house (10 min walk).
