Beautiful shared space with the pool and a lot of plants. Room with direct access to the garden. Very nice hosts, taking much care of the property. Good location in the center of Cancun, but in a quiet place.

We loved our christmas stay at The Quetzal. Our host gave us a warm welcome, shared lots of useful information and served us delicious breakfast, which was the highlight. We loved the "christmas" coffee, fresh fruits, and baked goods. The rooms are clean and well equipped.

Excellent breakfast - one of the best we had on our trip, lovely inner courtyard. Walking distance to main bus depot with luggage. Handy neighbourhood centre very close, nice park area, shops, bars & restaurants

Monica was the most friendly and attentive host!! I only stayed one night before my flight, unfortunately I had a eaten something earlier that day (not in Cancun) that made me quite unwell all through the night, I had messaged to say I wouldn’t be down for breakfast due to this, so Monica brought up a small tray of foods good for upset stomach, herbal tea, water, juice and sickness tablets to my room for me. So kind and considerate, made me feel really looked after. A plus was the room was perfect, all the little touches were great and the bed and pillows were so comfy. I’m just sad I didn’t get to experience it fully but what I did was perfect. Beautiful b&b with lovely friendly and attentive staff. Would 100% recommend staying here!!
