Price is really good. If you like feeling local climat is better option than big hotel in Zona Hoteleria. Its not so far from beaches, you can take a bus and driver 30 minutes. Its near to the ferry, like 30 minutes by foot. Its near to shops, markets, restaurants. The owner gives great recommendation of places where you can eat cheap and good. Central bus stop is also about 30 minutes by foot.

The location was pretty convenient if you want a cheaper stay option. I felt pretty safe in the area. Ivan the host is very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. If you are looking for a cheap option amongst locals then is a good one to go with. Just remember you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs.
