Riu Cancun is such a great hotel with lot’s of things to do while staying! Riu Cancun entertainment team Alex, Raul, Dia, Rebecca, Gipsy and others really make your trip unforgettable. Riu organize also many times a week Party in other hotel, shuttle bus goes free of charge! All the staff are very kind and helpful!

Not the first time there but still very happy each time I visit. Every thing is in a little distance of your room, pool, beach, restaurant... Everything is well organized, activities, bar, restaurant. The beach is so wonderful too

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and efficient Food tasted great, there was entertainment everyday. Staff clean all day, so place is vell maintained. Most of the staff spoke English also.
