The fine print
Upon check-in, guests must pay a one-time Student/Youth resort fee of USD 30. Charges apply for adults between 18 and 25 years old staying from February to April. The policy is mandatory, per person, and not refundable. Cash only.Credit cards issued to people other than guests (i.e., parents, spouses, etc.) are not accepted in Mexico.Student/youth policy (year-round) student/youth Travellers are defined as any guest 24 years of age and younger travelling without a legal parent/guardian, and is applicable at all Oasis properties year-round. Generally, the Grand Oasis Cancún will be the only property accepting student/youth (not applicable to family travel). Any guests meeting the above definition of student/youth traveller are subject to the following conditions:

Oasis Palm truly delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding. Our rooms were generously sized and impeccably clean, and we consistently encountered helpful and friendly staff everywhere within the resort. The food was a definite standout; we dined at Dos Lunas, Maki Taco, and Cocoa, and every meal was prepared with excellent culinary skill. The resort boasts a picturesque beachfront setting, complete with comfortable chairs and hammocks perfect for soaking up the sun. We particularly appreciated the pristine condition of the beach, which had minimal sargassum compared to other areas of Cancun

Very nice hotel but little bit old , mainly the rooms need updating. I really liked the food and that is something that almost never happens when I’m at all inclusive hotel. I’m a vegetarian and they had many options to choose from. I never ate so much at a hotel 😂.

Super fine hotel for the price, specially taking in consideration that it is an all-inclusive with food and drinks. That is good with the price. The location is good as it is close to the famous beach in Cancun. This is a family hotel and not made for solo travelers og group travelers. For sure only for families - but the rooms are quite low quality. They are alright, but nothing special. But all around the hotel was good and fine for the price.

The food was not horrible as others have said and for the price there are a fair amount of options
