They helped me so so well, nothing that I asked was too much was I so appreciated. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Two restaurants, a cowork, the pool is gorgeous. I even got a room upgrade, biggest room I've stayed in! I'm coming back in a week before flying back home. Highly recommend!

I was a little skeptical, as the hotel has very diverse reviews and in some instances it was referred to as a hostel. However, when we arrived, it was clear this is not a hostel, but yet a normal hotel. The check in was smooth, staff super friendly and we were upgraded. The room we had was fantastic! Very clean, huge, with a little living room with fridge, a big bathroom with bath and shower and even a dressing. We had everything we needed (hairdryer, soap, shampoo, more than enough towels). Next to that the bed was really good with the softest sheets we had during our whole trip. The building has a very nice style and a lot of nice little corners. We didn't use the swimmingpool at the end, but it surely looked nice too. And the location was really good. We were there on a Saturday and in the evening there's a super nice atmosphere at the palapas square, which is a 5 min walk. Also plenty of restaurants close by. And if you see the price you pay... I think it was pretty cheap for what we got. I would definitely go back and recommend this place!
