Perfect location, just next to very clean beach/ not crowded. Bar is perfect to enjoy the sunset and breakfast in the morning watching if crocodile is around;) very friendly stuff, clean, no complaints at all.

Everything about this hostel is great. The staff is amazing, the location is great, the most beautiful beach is just across the street.

This hotel is an excellent choice for socializers, offering a lively and welcoming atmosphere. The location is fantastic—right across from a beautiful beach—and surrounded by, including a main bus stop, restaurants, a large supermarket, and a convenience store. The spacious layout makes it easy to move around, and the view of the backwaters or lagoons adds a serene touch. Despite the vibrant social vibe, the property still manages to feel private, like a true oasis in the heart of the city. The staff are amazing—Franco and Juliette stood out for their exceptional service and friendliness. Given a chance, I would happily return to this gem in Cancun. Excellent location on waterfront. A dip pool was a bonus. It serves excellent breakfast. The famous beach is right across the street with easy access. Bus stop just at the gate in case someone wants to use public transport.
