The location at the beach was amazing. The facilities such as pools and variety in restaurants was great. The hotel was very new, mindern and clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The entertainers especially Alexis was great and made the stay very fun.

Loved the majority of the food, the staff are very friendly and kind. Loved the adult pool and the beach, and the rooms were good too. Felt genuinely very safe as the team checked you in and out when going on excursions. Also! The excursions booked through the concierge were surprisingly affordable, the team there were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and really worked hard to get us the best deal and ensure we saw the best things for our style of travel!
