the structure is very large and has all the comforts for a pleasant stay in Cancun. located in the heart of the city, it’s few steps away from the center, the bus station, the market, it also has several supermarkets within walking distance. A little gem in the heart of the city, not to be missed if you want to stay in downtown with all the comforts

Great location, right next to mercado 28, easy walk to ado. Takes about 10 minutes to walk there. The apartment is very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water in the shower too. They also provided soap and shampoo. I'd definitely stay here again. The only thing I'd suggest is a garrafon next time. :)
