The Beach is amazing, clear crystal water, no sargassum, the staff is very helpful, the location couldn't be better.

Location was good, rooms if you get one with a balcony view, and staff were great. But if you stay down town more choices / options to go out and eat. Facilities top notch. And breakfast was good no complaints really.

Perfect location right in the heart of La Zona Hotelera. Access to the beach is steps away, as well as the surrounding shops, restaurants and bars. The pool is huge with plenty of chairs and palapas around. The staff was also very friendly and answered all questions and concerns. We originally booked the cheapest room deal, but eventually we paid for the all-inclusive upgrade for the last few days. The buffet offers a wide variety of food and desserts. The bars are great with plenty of drinks to choose from. La Hacienda El Mortero next door is included in the all-inclusive as well, so definitely check that out for a nicer dinner.

The view from the room was stunning. The location pool area with pool bar service was great and we used it most days.
