The pool area is definitely the highlight of the hotel, with very attentive and helpful staff working there and in the restaurant. The location is strategic if you have a car, with easy access to nearby beaches. A major plus is that the ferry to Isla Mujeres is right in front of the hotel, which makes day trips extremely convenient.

We like the location, pool area was nice, Bar staff was awesome-Natalie- so super welcoming. Balcony room was ok...love seeing the sunset!
