My wife and I stayed here for 9 days during our honeymoon, and mostly chose this specific resort for the positive reviews regarding vegan food availability, as we're both vegan. The resort is stunning, and there's so much that could be said about our great time here, but I'd really like to thank the staff at the Veranda Buffet Restaurant to accommodate our dietary requirements and propose options for every meal. We would like to the staff, in particular Edgar, Gerardo, Gregorio, Salomon, Jesus, Yuliana, Maria José and Salvador, and chefs Emmanuel and Luis. Most of the other restaurants have some vegan options as well, and El Mirador even has a dedicated vegan menu, that Jose and Mario gladly walked us through.
