The Grand Fiesta Americana is a great hotel with excellent staff and facilities. It is the first time we have stayed at an all inclusive hotel which frankly didn't feel like an all inclusive, as each restaurant felt like a high end stand alone restaurant which we would have happily visited even were we not staying in the hotel. The service was impeccable at every restaurant, around the pool (where food and drink is brought to your sun lounger) and everywhere throughout the hotel. All food and drinks (premium brands) served were of the highest standard. Special mention must go to Andres our breakfast waiter each day, who went above a beyond (kept the breakfast mimosas flowing!) and was a smiling cheerful start to each day and Jose at La Joya Mexican Restaurant, who remembered our orders each time we visited and knows the happy balance of being totally attentive without overdoing it. Every restaurant also has a separate vegetarian menu, which was a lovely unexpected bonus. The beach is fabulous, as are the pools (no fighting for sun loungers here) and the quality of beach towels and toiletries is exceptional. Even the toilets in the hotel communal areas were fabulous, with high end design, great air con on immaculately clean.

We had an incredible stay at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach. From start to finish, the service was absolutely impeccable. Every staff member we encountered was kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made our experience outstanding. A special mention to Luis at reception, who was fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us with all our queries—his professionalism and warmth really stood out. Another highlight was Xochitl at the buffet breakfast, who was so kind and friendly, making our mornings even more enjoyable. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. We were traveling with our toddler who has a dairy allergy, and the staff accommodated this with no problem at all, which gave us complete peace of mind and made meals stress-free. All the amenities were spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented, which made relaxing around the property an absolute pleasure. Truly, we couldn’t find a single negative during our stay. Highly recommended and we can’t wait to return!

1. We absolutely loved our room. It was our anniversary and we think we must've been upgraded as we got a room on the top floor. The views were stunning and the room was huge! Beds super comfy! 2. The cocktails were plenty strong...no weak pours which was nice. :) 3. Beach was nice and big. The water was beautiful to swim in. (Some people care about this, so I'll just say - no seaweed the first 3-4 days. The second half of our stay, it washed in, but was cleaned up within a couple days. It did not stop us from swimming or enjoying the beach whatsoever.) 4. The hostess and waiters at the steak restaurant were excellent. The lady at the pool serving drinks/food and the gentleman at the beach doing the same, were excellent! I am so sad I can't find their names or I would mention them here. Either way, these staff members are a real asset to the hotel.
