Where do i start .....its the best resort i have ever stayed in!! Rooms are spacious, clean and the view is heavenly. unlimited food supply and the breakfast was top class. Staff and the customer service is good. Taxis from the hotel was very reasonable often taxis from hotels charge more. I travelled solo to this resort and was well looked after. The food has improved significantly since i stayed last year. I left over $900 worth of valuables in the safe, one that was a brand new Sony camera. I was panicking and called them and they instantly found it and two other items . Very trustworthy hotel. I would like to say a special thank you to Edibeth (sorry about the spelling) the cleaner who handed over my valuables i left in the safe. The hotel thought i had left the country and asked what country they should ship my belongings to but i was still in cancun. Super amazing customer service. Room service was really quick and 24 hours.

Food selection was good, buffet open most days while there with a good selection of items and good quality. The Asian restaurant was good while the Mediterranean grill was great with really good service too. Bar staff were generally good fun and chatty.
