A bit of mixed experience for my group with this one, although the property as such has a really good potential - especially for a larger group of friends. The location is definitely great and it's a very spacious villa, in a closed area, lots of space in and outside, well kept swimming pool, with pretty extensive amenities inside, though the villa is a bit dated - it could use some renovation or refurbishment. Still, generally, that's a really good choice for both short and longer stays in this part of Cancun.

Large house, close to the beach with private car spot and great outdoor pool. We loved the space, amenities although a bit dated. Good contact with host.

Gerado was brilliant and answered any queries straight away & gave clear instructions on how to get to the house, etc. Pool was fab, we enjoyed staying there. House is very spacious and perfect for 3 couples. Private parking space is very handy if you are hiring a car. Short walk to bus stop, easy to get into town. Bigger supermarket is a 20 min walk away
