That it was in a gated community with security It was spacious for three people with a room each That it had a bathroom and a second toilet The gardens were well kept Authentic residential living away from the tourist zone. Gabriela was very helpful and nice.

I want to stress that the owner, Carlos and his property manager, Gaby were FANTASTIC, quick to reply and very helpful with information. Carlos recommended a great car rental place and Gaby picked us up at the airport and took us shopping (extra fee but very reasonable). The beds were comfortable and it was in a quiet gated community. Nice pool, seldom saw anyone in it but was clean and inviting looking. A play area for children too.
