Great location and well fitted out for a short term stay. The owners were great and the breakfast that was provided each morning was an unexpected benefit. Highly recommend!

It was such a gem place for anyone who would like to have a silent place to stay at as well as a high quality environment. The place is very comfy, convenient and the bed mattress was the best I had to sleep on in Mexico. Had Netflix, a very big kitchen, a bathroom with everything needed and a warm swimming pool facing the bedroom you could use anytime you wanted , even at night. Every morning, I would have an absolute incredible breakfast, was so great ! And the hosts even brought me in the neighborhood to go eat at some excellent street food taco place. It was super nice of them. The accommodation is 20 min from the touristic area by car , where you LL find the beaches and everything. You can visit the center of Cancun and have a more local experience rather than being at the hotels where everything is less authentic. I'd go there again if I go back to cancun Thank you again, it was pleasure to meet both of you.

A beautiful, modern and well-appointed apartment with all that you need. Spacious living areas and extremely friendly and helpful hosts! The care and attention to detail to ensure a comfortable stay was obvious and extended to the incredible and generous breakfast lovingly prepared each morning. The location was a short stroll to markets and restaurants. Thank-you to Richard and Kimberly for the lovely accommodation and friendly service! Thoroughly recommend to anyone seeking accommodation in this area.
