The apartment was just as described—clean, comfortable, and with some great amenities. The bathroom was spotless, which I really appreciate as it’s an essential for me. Hugo was extremely helpful from day one, always communicative and full of great recommendations for places to eat. There was a small terrace where my daughters enjoyed having breakfast each morning, which was a lovely touch. The swimming pool was an added bonus—my younger daughter especially loved it and had a great time. Overall, a very pleasant stay in Cancun.

Very welcoming host! When we said we wanted to eat something in the late evening, he asked us what we wanted en drove us to an excellent local restaurant.
