Our first hotel stay in Mexico, so we have no other hotels to compare at this early stage. The location was in easy walking distance to shopping, eating and transport places. The staff were very helpful. There was no tea or coffee facilities or a fridge in the room. ( but an iron and board)This could be the norm for this level of hotel. Not many English speaking staff members but they were happy to work with you. We did not try the pool, but it looked OK.

The hotel is pretty nice and cheap for what it is . It’s in Cancun downtown so of course far from all the all inclusive resort . Room as spacious. Staff could be a little nicer . Decent breakfast

Good hotel, only issue pillow is too small and soft that caused neck pain, bed too firm, and no kettle and fridge
