Reina “Very problematic in house entertainment system”

The huge problem we had is that they didn’t have any in-house entertainment. You had to chrome cast your own Netflix account which was completely beyond me. So my daughter was required and then the system was so difficult to use that it took two visits from the reception desk to get a Netflix show on and by that time we had lost our one hour window to lie on the bed and relax pre dinner. Truly infuriating

Staff, room, facilities, location, everything was great! super friendly, easy on the check-in and checkout, great hotel design, cool and tasty restaurant 10/10 on everything

Great location. Short cab ride to everywhere I wanted to go. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Staff were all wonderful. Breakfast was very good - don’t order the eggs Benedict though. Muffin tasted like it was prehistoric.
