The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Very quiet and private. The shower was fantastic, great water pressure. The library bar is a cute and cozy area for a quick drink or snacks.

The staff were very friendly though no one advised me of the $40:00 parking fee until I had to pay on check out.

How heavy the extra doona was and how warm the room was once I upped the temperature to 30 degrees. The shower was nice. How close it was to the National Museum and ANU, my two main stops, and not too far from halal restaurants. I was glad to leave my luggage behind at reception when I checked out so I could spend some time at the museum without dragging my stuff all the way there. Staff were super friendly and always smiling. Everyone in Canberra seemed so friendly
