We booked a one-bedroom apartment but were assigned a two bedroom apartment which was very spacious and comfortable. We were impressed from the moment we opened the door ( having been given undercover parking nearby) to find the living room already being warmed ( it was a bitterly cold afternoon outside). So appreciated . A handsome area for living with attractive sofa and lounge chairs, large dining area, good TV , storage , excellent lighting with warm carpet and curtains. This area could open onto a sheltered patio with nice garden but way too cold for us to enjoy. A kitchen - fully equipped - was off the living area. Very clean and with all the necessities, including a full fridge and stove, dishwasher . The main bedroom had a comfortable bed, wardrobes and good linen . A large , modern bathroom with walk in shower and all the toiletries needed . There was also a separate laundry - which we did not use but it had a clothes rack which we did use. . The second bedroom had two neat beds - not used. A quiet location. We could walk to a thriving shopping area with cafes , restaurants , and supermarket. Reception was cheerful and helpful with maps and advice. Undercover parking was much appreciated . Excellent location for the Parliament/ Art gallery cultural area.

Position was good and parking also. Unit was roomy and comfortable. Heating was good.

Close to sights and foreshore restaurants. Easy access. Secure. Quiet. Warm inside, good insulation. Convenient onsite parking. Big Kitchen, big bathroom, good-sized rooms ie not a studio apartment.
