Went for the Snug Room which was equivalent to a normal small hotel room. The breakfast was excellent.

Staff were very accomodating! Qantas lost my baggage and my ID was in it so I had no proof to check in, but staff helped me get it all sorted. I also rented a room for my parents 70th and they were extremely kind to give them an upgrade as well as sort out my request for a little surprise to be in the room. My mum started crying when she walked in - thank you Ovolo so much for making her day such a special one!
