Great one bedroom apartment (with parking) well located in central Canberra close to shops and restaurants. A perfect base to explore from.

Getting the keys was a frustrating, time wasting circus/comedy of errors. Coupled with limited parking available - I ended up parking in a spot not meant for parking just so I could walk around the precinct and figure out how to get to the key lockbox after being given the run around by people/other residents (IDK) coming and going from the property.

The apartment is located next to the Dickson shopping centre with a good range of restaurants, and is on the light rail line affording easy access to the Civic centre. Secure parking is a bonus.

The apartment is well equipped, of a reasonable size and in an excellent location. It is modern with quality fittings and furnishings. It is on the fifth floor and is relatively quiet. Shopping centre is a five minute walk away and there are shops on site.Great laundry appliances, too.
