The room was fantastic, super clean and had everything we needed. My favourite thing though, was the amazing customer service. We arrived in Canberra earlier than we expected. I'm aware Canberra has heaps of stuff , but we were there for a funeral and just wanted to bunker down. 1 call letting them know we had arrived earlier than expected and within 5 minutes they rang us back to say they could have our room ready in 45 minutes. 3 hours early & at short notice. Amazing and very much appreciated. Close to fast food outlets, alcohol shops, coffee shops & with a fantastic pub within walking distance, why wouldn't you pick to stay here?

That the heater was on when we arrived so room was warm. Staff are friendly and check out easy.

I can say everything is beyond our expactation as we open the door and get in to the house, plenty space enough for my family and everything tidy and clean make us feeling much comfortable as home, the house leave us a merry memory in the city of Canberra. P.S : what we got the reception after a 7 hours driving from Melbrone is around the dusk of the day and doors were closed, thanks to our unsung hero who living in the room next to main building told me check the email and how to get the key , your act made my best experience in this town! May God's grace upon you.

We haved stayed there a few times as we go to Canberra to vist about 3 times a year. Always clean and comfortable.
