Hotel room was modern and clean, bed was comfy, great pool for the kids. Restaurants and buffet were delicious and the staff were extremely helpful and kind, even making a hot chocolate at 9pm for us from the 24/7 kiosk!

The room was large and comfortable with a decent bathroom (shower only). Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but acceptable, and the dining room has a nice view. Providing biscuits in the room is a nice touch. The location is good, and it is an easy walk into the city centre or two stops on the light rail that runs directly outside the hotel.

The room was clean, renovated bathroom, excellent staff and communication, good hotel amenities but we only stayed one night and didn't really use.
