Location is excellent right across the road from the Kingston shops. Apartment was warm, light, comfortable, dog friendly with an enclosed ground floor balcony, staff very friendly, good range of teas and coffees and had everything we needed. Ideal place to stay! And new, clean and perfect!

The room was really clean! Loved the door opening and closing itself - at first I thought it was so heavy to manage because not many hotels have the door for people with disability. Loved how everything was in its place!

Great location, friendly staff, loved the fact they had bicycles in the reception that we could hire to have a good look around the beautiful lake and art galleries etc.
