**Warm and attentive service, with a team always available for any request. Beautiful, bright, and comfortable rooms with a lovely balcony. Excellent location, clean and well-maintained. A perfect rooftop for yoga with great morning classes, and a peaceful beach nearby with excellent restaurants. The owner is kind and truly service-oriented — it feels like a home away from home. I will definitely return next year.** 👍

I wanted a quiet space to sleep and hang out, but still near to night life/beach too. A short walk to patnem beach. It felt safe and very friendly in the area.

We had a wonderful stay. Elstad, the owner, is lovely and incredibly helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed and truly giving the place a warm, homey feeling. His team is just as attentive, ready to assist with any request and making sure everything runs smoothly. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The resort is located in Colomb, between Patnem and Palolem. The beach is close by and within walking distance, and the walk itself is just as beautiful. There are restaurants, a grocery shop, and small stores nearby, and the area feels very safe. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, all very delicious. We ate at the hotel several times and truly enjoyed every meal. We will definitely be back.

A great new small hotel. Comfortable rooms, modern showers, super clean, and fluffy towels! Amazing spot right on the bay, with incredible views, a few minutes walk to both Patnem and Palolem beaches, but very quiet. Restaurant on site. I extended my stay as I loved it so much. Kind, thoughtful and helpful staff
