Staff were helpful - especially with arranging the bus for me to my onward destination and phoning ahead to the bus station to make sure I boarded the correct bus. Was provided with a map on arrival and given lots of local info.

The staff were great....could not be more helpful. The room with a balcony and the tall trees for ambience and noise reduction was great. A 3 minutes walk and you are in the main part of town. Highly recommend
