The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room size was spacious and well layed out. Large ensuite with very hot water. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in Vietnam.

Great location, right by the night market and also by the meeting point for the Mekong Delta trip I had booked Rooms were clean and spacious They charged my card for the hotel amount before I arrived, which was fine for me but one to watch if you wanted to pay cash

We found the location to be very convenient for our needs. The breakfast was okay, however, the lids on the individual items were continually open, and the food was not very hot due to this fact. There were no cereals to speak of. Short-order cooking appeared to be only eggs. The room was very good, although "tired" in some aspects, it was very comfortable with a great layout. The only real issue was the lack of hot water, which was an intermittent problem. The management/staff, however, were excellent, and bent over backwards in their attempt to fix any issues. It ended up being a "comedy of errors". They would check the hot water, and it was there. We would go to shower, and it wasn’t.

Second time staying here due to location. Plenty of place to eat nearby. Friendly staff (the door man and kitchen staff).
