The hotel was very clean, and the reception staff were exceptionally kind, polite, friendly, and helpful. The bed was comfortable, and the food was also quite good. However, the only disappointment was the inability to get water in a jug or bottle from the restaurant or bar, despite having an all-inclusive package. Thankfully, the wonderful reception staff managed to provide some for us. I had intended to return, but I would like to be able to fully benefit from the all-inclusive service I paid for.

All the staff were amazing, reception, restaurant, bar and room service. The food was great in the buffet. Room was fantastic, spacious, clean and with amazing views.
