Please note that the outdoor swimming pool is open from April until October.When booking half board, please note that drinks are not included.When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.When reserving the Half Board meal plan for the nights of December 24th and 31st, a Gala Dinner is included. There will be two sittings for this dinner, and the hotel will offer the first sitting on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests will be informed of their sitting upon check-in.Small dogs weighing less than 22 lb/10 kgs are now welcome in AluaSoul Palma Hotel rooms and grounds. This service is available for €45/night. It is necessary to check availability and contact the bookings department prior to your stay. Outdoor pool available for guests from 15/03 to 15/11.

The way we were greeted by the staff member on the front desk was amazing. He was so friendly and welcoming. We got a free upgrade to a front sea view room which absolutely made our holiday. Another highlight was the sax player around the pool on Friday afternoon. All in all, a brilliant stay.
