The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The location is very convenient, making it a great place to stay.

The room was amazingly decorated and clean, the bed was spotless and very comfortable so I had a great rest. The bathroom was beautifully presented with complementary soaps and even a kit with earbuds, shoe polish and needle and thread, which I thought was very thoughtful. The room has its own heating system that you can adjust to your liking and it is very quiet and efficient. The bathroom looked amazing with a bidet and different areas well lit. There was a full length mirror on the bathroom door. I also appreciated the kettle and complementary choice of beverages. When I used the pool the changing room was clean and they had switched on the steam room just for me, which I really appreciated. The pool is a 20 mt I think, so you can only get a little swim in it but it's still a very relaxing atmosphere, great lighting and not a lot of chlorine. The Steam room was also pleasant but dark so I'd put some led lights on the ceiling to create a more magical atmosphere. On the plus side were the superb dinner and breakfast – they use pasteurised eggs which is reassuring and the staff was welcoming, efficient and professional. I also enjoyed the free parking, lit up overnight right and right in front of the room so I could even see the car from my room window!
